NCircle partners with Circle of 5 Coaching to provide on site employment readiness training for Kansas Department of Corrections, Lansing Kansas minimum security work release employes. NCircle provides Essential Skills for Workplace Advancement on site at Zephyr Products as an introduction to employment for all new employees. In addition, our workforce coach offers a Job Club at Lansing Correctional Housing Unit to support men in their plans for release.
