The Reentry and Reintegration program is offered through the Johnson County Department of Corrections Adult Residential Center. The program is designed for adults who are not likely to find and maintain employment upon release. The focus of the program is to introduce employment assistance, job readiness training provided by NCircle, cognitive based training, medical and mental health resources and community resources. By providing these resources the individual can have a better chance of successful reintegration into their community.
NCircle provides Essential Skills for Workplace Advancement and other client supports including work ready documentation to help clients stably relaunch from incarceration.
